7.3 Game Content Providers
Some games available on the 68gl Platform are provided by third-party game studios. Where gameplay requires real-time communication between your device and a game provider's servers, limited session data (such as session token and bet data) may be transmitted to the relevant provider for game operation purposes only.
7.4 No Sale of Data
68gl does not sell, rent, license, or otherwise trade your personal data to any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes. This prohibition applies without exception.
7.5 Business Transfers

68gl retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:
- Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR and AMLA regulations;
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA record-keeping requirements;
- Gaming activity logs: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of each session;
- Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the final communication in each case;

13. Children's Privacy
The 68gl Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR minimum age requirements for online casino-style gaming. 68gl does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21.
If 68gl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete or anonymise the data, and refund any deposits made to that account via the original payment method, minus any losses incurred from real-money gameplay.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
