1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the 68gl platform (accessible at https://68gl.app and related subdomains, collectively the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 68gl Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 68gl ("68gl," "we," "us," or "the Operator"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 68gl Platform.
By creating a 68gl account or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
Use of the 68gl Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. 68gl strictly enforces age verification and does not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or play.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 68gl, or a close family member of such a person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 68gl or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
68gl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 68gl's satisfaction.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual natural person is permitted to maintain only one active account on the 68gl Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one account (whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 68gl will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 68gl is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68gl login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify 68gl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 68gl recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your credentials with any third party.
3.4 Account Transferability
68gl accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any associated bonuses or winnings to any other person.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
68gl is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification requires you to submit:
- A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., UMID, Driver's License, Passport, PhilSys National ID, or SSS/GSIS card);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or Maya account showing your registered name), where required; and

68gl aims to complete standard KYC verification within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
68gl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. The specific methods available to you may vary based on your account status, verification level, and applicable limits.
5.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount at 68gl is ₱100 Philippine Peso. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 Philippine Peso. These minimums are subject to change at 68gl's discretion with reasonable notice.
5.3 Personal Use Only
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 68gl will reject and return funds identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from verified 68gl accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and Maya transfers during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals may vary. 68gl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source
68gl applies a return-to-source policy for withdrawals where technically feasible. Withdrawal will be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy exists for AML compliance purposes.
5.6 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months. 68gl reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified by SMS or email before any fee is applied.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets, and other promotional rewards offered by 68gl are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, bonus funds awarded to a 68gl account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering with real money funds does not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
68gl prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using betting strategies designed to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonuses; and any other activity that 68gl determines, in its reasonable judgment, constitutes exploitation of promotional offers. 68gl reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
6.4 Expiry
Bonus funds not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 68gl is not liable for any bonus that expires due to the player's failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe.
7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 68gl Platform operate under their respective published rules. Where 68gl offers games supplied by third-party providers (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming, and Asia Gaming), the rules of those providers govern game outcomes and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All random outcomes on the 68gl Platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") systems that have been independently audited. 68gl does not and cannot influence the outcome of any game after a bet has been placed. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 68gl's decision regarding the impact of technical errors on game sessions is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described herein.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 68gl Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 68gl Platform;
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the Platform;
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
- Colluding with other players, including in live dealer games, poker, or any multiplayer format;
- Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your 68gl account;
- Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any deposit made to your 68gl account in bad faith;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Responsible Gaming
68gl is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 68gl account holders at no charge, accessible from within account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
- Loss Limits: Set a cap on net losses over a defined period.
- Wager Limits: Restrict the maximum stake per bet or spin.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session alerts after a defined duration of continuous play.

10. Suspension & Termination
68gl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

- 68gl has reason to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity associated with the account;
- The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
- AML, KYC, or sanctions screening raises concerns that cannot be resolved through standard verification processes.
Upon account closure for legitimate reasons other than breach or fraud, 68gl will return the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player via their last-used payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players may voluntarily close their 68gl account at any time by contacting support. Voluntarily closed accounts with positive real-money balances will be processed in accordance with 68gl's standard withdrawal procedure.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the 68gl Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, images, graphics, text, and audio-visual materials, is the property of 68gl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 68gl.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 68gl's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
68gl is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical interruptions, game errors, or third-party payment delays.
The 68gl Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While 68gl uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, 68gl does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, network failures, or events beyond 68gl's reasonable control.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
68gl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. By creating a 68gl account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 68gl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through 68gl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. 68gl will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable, or to the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, to whose exclusive jurisdiction you hereby submit.
15. Amendments to These Terms
68gl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active players via SMS, email, or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of the 68gl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
